Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the specific conditions below.

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity and quality of our art, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom or Personalized Artwork
- Any item made to your specific size, color, or design request is final sale, unless it arrives damaged or defective.
- Used or Displayed Items
- Once an artwork has been hung, framed, or otherwise used, we cannot accept it for return due to potential wear or exposure.
- Damaged Items Not Reported Within 7 Days
- Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery. If you find damage, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Final Sale or Clearance Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@artora.store with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- We’ll review your request and send detailed instructions for return shipping.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
- For other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
